Copyright and licensing

License Agreement Terms and Conditions: The authors retain copyright and also grant the journal the right to publish original scientific articles containing the results of their experimental and theoretical research and which are not under consideration for publication in other publications. All materials are distributed under the terms of License Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial License International CC-BY-NC. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or refer to the full text of the articles in this journal without requesting permission from the publisher or author.

When submitting an article, the author confirms that his material:

  • does not infringe the copyrights of other persons or organizations;
  • has not been published previously and has not been submitted for publication in other editions.

The author delegates the editorial board of the journal the rights to:

  • publish the article in the languages determined by the editorial board of the journal and distribute its printed version;
  • disseminate the electronic version of the article via any electronic means (post it on the official journal website, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.).

The author reserves the right (without the consent of the editorial board and the founders):

- to use paper materials wholly or in part for educational purposes;

- to use article materials to prepare theses, conference reports and oral presentations;

- to post electronic copies of the article (including the final electronic version downloaded from the journal's official website) on:

  • personal web resources of all other authors (websites, web pages, blogs, etc.);
  • web resources of the institutions and organizations where the authors work (including electronic institutional repositories);
  • non-commercial open access web resources.

In all cases, the bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official journal site is obligatory.
