Open Access Policy

This journal practices an Open Access policy regarding the published material content, upholding the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global knowledge sharing for the sake of general social progress. All articles are posted on the official website of the journal in full-text format for an unlimited period of time and free of charge, immediately after the issue is published. Full-text, real-time access to scientific journal articles is available on the official journal site in the Archives section and on the site of the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.

This is in line with open access definition provided by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). The Journal's licensing policy is consistent with most principles of the Open Access and Materials Archiving policies.
